Making use of the webshop. Only registered members in the BIOCOM distribution network can purchase products through the webshop. Registration to the biocomag.ch webshop is possible through the online registration system of the website. For a successful registration one needs to specify the requested data and to purchase products in 100 PE value from the web shop. By sending the online registration the new member accepts the BIOCOM-INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE) AG. Terms and Conditions. Thenceforward, the new member is added to the company's computer system, where is possible to buy / order products via the Internet.

Registration maintenance; at Biocom there is no yearly maintenance or renewal fee. The registration of registered members is automatically extended for another year after each (point-value) purchase. Termination of registration; if on a member's name network there is no point-value shopping done during a one year period, the registration is terminated. Then the member discounts for shopping, as well as network discounts are eliminated.

Placing an order; placing an order to online store biocomag.ch webshop is possible only electronically. Telephone, fax, e-mail, postal mail orders are not accepted by the Service Provider. The order-related information is also being sent electronically to users by the Service Provider. Before placing an order, the user is able to modify the shipping related information. The order through Internet is definitive, but does not constitute a signed contract; the contents of the order are archived, available and can be retrieved afterwards.

The relevant legislation to exercise the right to withdraw from an order is included in the national government regulations. The refund does not apply to the shipping costs.

If the ordered item is defective, or damaged during delivery, it will be replaced at no cost by our company. If the replacement is not possible, is the purchaser's option to withdraw from the purchase or receive a discount.

BIOCOM will do everything so that the data that appear on its website is as accurate as possible. The product specifications, experiences that appear on BIOCOM website are considered personal opinions. The materials submitted by people are statements based on their own experience, and reflect their views. Products on this website are not considered medicament; dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
